DRAWING FROM THE DEEP
A PaleoArt Workshop with Ray Troll

Join renowned artist Ray Troll and museum paleontologist Edward Davis for a fun-filled evening of science and art! You'll dive into the natural history of Oregon's colossal spike-toothed salmon, learn about Ray's artistic process during a live drawing session, then draw your own spike-toothed salmon as Edward and Ray answer your questions.

Registration opens in early April. Stay tuned for a registration link. Preregistration is required. The cost to participate is $5; free for MNCH members. The workshop will be hosted on Zoom and participants will receive a link after they register. Questions? Email lmw@uoregon.edu

Participants must supply their own materials. Ray Troll uses the following products and recommends them for the workshop:

You're also welcome to use whatever art supplies you already have, or to join the presentation but not draw along.
