If you are requesting programs for more than one class, please fill out a separate request for each class.

We ask that groups have a 1:8 ratio of adult chaperones to youths.

Programs start October 1 for 2024-25 school year.

All programs are available Mondays through Fridays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

AVAILABLE DATES AND TIMES

This calendar represents possible available times for you to request programs at the museum.  If a time is marked as busy, that time is unavailable for booking. Programs are 90 minutes long and are available Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:00pm, October 1 – June 30.  

PLEASE NOTE: Availability on this calendar is not guaranteed, but rather a guide to help you find the most likely openings for your group. You must request your chosen date and time through our request form, and wait for confirmation from our team.   
 

The admission cost per student for your program is determined on a sliding scale based on the percent of your school’s population that qualify for the National School Lunch Program. Our source for this information can be found here.

(This percentage is based on the federal program and is different from the school-wide free lunch available under the Oregon’s Student Success Act.)

The price for your class, per student, will be listed in your confirmation email. Please read through it carefully, and bring cash, card, or check with you for payment on the day of your visit.
