Comments about scheduling:

Exhibit Fee: $350

This fee helps the museum cover the costs of shipping and maintaining the Native Innovation exhibit as it travels around the state. The fee will not be due until two weeks prior to your confirmed exhibit loan date.

What happens now?

Requests submitted by Monday, October 30 will be given priority as we build the initial exhibit travel schedule.
You will be notified by Wednesday, November 8 of your assigned loan dates for the exhibit.
An online collection of exhibit and programming resources will be available by March 2024 so that you can prepare in advance for the arrival of the Native Innovation exhibit.

I understand that there will be some required training and orientation materials to be reviewed prior to my loan date for the Native Innovation exhibit.
